Effective, grassroots organizing makes all the difference. Without it, the medical marijuana bill would never have passed in Vermont. Now it is time to starting talking about taking a public health approach to drug use rather than a criminal justice approach.

If you’d like to join us in this endeavor, please check out the list of volunteer opportunities and let us know how you’d like to help:

• Staff a table at events
• Fundraise
• Call or write your local lawmaker and encourage others to do so
• Help organize Lobby Day at the State House
• Make phone calls
